once friday came i was beyond ready to start the weekend, my family was coming from upstate new york to visit for the weekend. friday night before my family arrived my sister and i started the weekend with a picnic in long's park eating pizza. we went on the swings and walked thru the petting zoo. on saturday our whole family, my close friend and her son decided to head up to mt. gretna which is a lake not far from us. mt. gretna is a small quaint town filled with victorian summer homes, corner shops, boutiques and the best molt shop named the jigger shop. if you don't live far from the area i highly recommend going. we had a great day playing in the sand building sand castles and swimming in the lake. we ended saturday night going out for sushi, then making pitchers of white sangria at home relaxing and chatting all night. i love when everyone is together, we always have the best time, telling stories and laughing. now i will be spending my sunday packing and getting ready for my two week road trip with my brother. we are heading to Nashville, TN first then to Austin, TX eek!!
