VICTORIAN










shirt FOREVER21 | pants H&M | heels TARGET | purse ROMWE

This is one of my new favorite tops, all the little details with the victorian high neck and exposed zipper down the back.  I love how it be worn with a number of things and all seasons through out the year! Since its a crop top I want to pair it with a higher waisted pant not to show too much skin!!
