This year my two closet friends Eleni and Nathan decided to do the trendy Friendsgiving! I was thrilled. A friend and I showed up early to help prep, cook, and of course drink before everyone else arrived. Our menu consisted of, turkey gobblers which was a sandwich filled with the turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce and gravy, baked mac and cheese (which I made), salad, and appetizers that others had brought. For dessert Eleni had made tiny pumpkin and apple pies in a muffin tin and they even set up a s'mores bar in the kitchen! It was a great time catching up with friends and meeting new people! I hope they make this a tradition and we continue to have it every year!
