I have always been into trying all the healthy alternatives to certain snacks, meals and food in general. We try to eat as good as we can but when going out to eat that can be hard to do, I'm guilty i love to eat out and especially get my sushi fix once a week haha. This is why I'm very excited about this new snack I found Eat Nākd. With working from home its easy to grab junk if supper busy now I can each for a delicious snack bar! The bars are filled with nothing but raw fruits and nuts with 100% natural ingredients, also diary and gluten free! There are so many flavors that everyone can find something they like, so far my favorites are Ginger Bread and Cocoa Mint. This is a great way to start getting ready for that summer body!
